Through the developmental stages of age, playing is a primary way kids learn and discover. I tested out the Vtech Touch and Learn Activity Desk and can say nothing but good things about this toy.

While this is technically an “adult assembly required” toy, the Vtech Touch and Learn Activity Desk comes with all parts labeled in separate bags before playtime starts. In the box is the Touch and Learn Activity Desk, along with table legs, five activity cards, and a tiny stacking stool. The desk goes together well–no extra tools or detailed instructions are necessary. 4 AA batteries are needed to power the Touch and Learn Desk.

The only touch points on the surface of the desk are numbers and a light screen that provides when pupils enter learning mode. Just slide the experience page panel up, and it will connect to the different touchpoints so you can explore them with out having to move from your seat.
